Upon arrival, the hotel had a bit of a smell and cleanliness could have been better despite requesting a non-smoking room. However, the white bedding was a nice touch. The hotel might not be the most convenient for those with heavy baggage or mobility issues.
The hotel provided nice and clean rooms that were sufficient for our needs, but there were noticeable unpleasant smells, possibly from a previous smoker, causing the room to be cold due to open windows. The service was a mix of rude interactions and helpful assistance. The location was good for those using the subway but not very central. The dining experience offered a decent variety but with some limitations. Overall, a mix of positive and negative aspects.
